The Asal Chat team reads every message. The quickest way to reach us is the contact form, which goes directly to the site management.
Contact form
The form opens on the first page of the site. Choose the topic that fits, write your message, and add your e-mail address if you would like a reply.
You can write in English or in Persian.
What you can write to us about

How to write a report that can be acted on
When you report another user, moderators can help fastest if the message includes:
- The username of the person, written exactly as it appears.
- The room, the date and the approximate time.
- A short description of what happened.
Inside the chat you can also report a single message or a user directly to the moderators, and block any user in a private conversation. Our guide on dealing with harassment explains the steps.
In an emergency, for example a threat of violence or a risk to a child, contact the police in the country where you live first, and then report the account to us.
Deleting your account
You can ask for your account and the data linked to it to be deleted at any time. Choose "Delete my account" in the form and write your username. The request is completed within 30 days. The privacy policy describes what is removed and what may have to be kept.
